Bioland Pyrolysis is an ambitious circular economy and industrial energy project operating within the Bioland Energy Group, part of the wider Eptagon Group of Companies.
WHO WE ARE
Turning Industrial Challenges into Opportunities
Bioland Pyrolysis combines established pyrolysis principles with our specially developed technology to recover valuable materials and energy resources from end-of-life tyres (ELTs).
Our project focuses on four key outputs:

Tyre Pyrolysis Oil (TPO): Recovered oil intended for further distillation into fuel meeting diesel-standard specifications for electricity generation.

Recovered Carbon Black (CB): Carbon-rich material with potential for commercial supply or further refinement according to market demand.

Recovered Steel Wire: Valuable steel extracted from tyres, cleaned and compressed for resale into industrial recycling markets.

Syngas: Energy-rich non-condensable gas intended for use in power generation.
Through this integrated approach, we aim to maximise resource recovery, create new commercial value and support a more circular industrial economy.

Demetrios Constantinides
Founder & CEO — Eptagon Group of Companies
Behind the development and expansion of Eptagon Group stands Mr Demetrios Constantinides, whose entrepreneurial vision has helped shape a diversified group of businesses with a strong focus on the energy sector.
Since establishing the Bioland Energy business in 2012, Mr Constantinides has guided its expansion from renewable energy solutions into large-scale energy development, electricity supply and new industrial technologies.
His leadership philosophy is reflected in the Group's commitment to identifying long-term opportunities, developing strategic investments and expanding into industries with significant future potential.
Bioland Pyrolysis represents another important part of this vision: combining industrial innovation, the responsible recovery of resources and energy production within a long-term business development strategy.

Its publicly reported achievements in the energy sector include more than 3000 residential and commercial solar installations and over 20 MW of developed solar parks.
Building on this experience, Eptagon Group has outlined further investments in energy infrastructure, including the planned Bioland Pyrolysis project in Limassol.
