1. Tyre Pyrolysis Oil Production & Refining
We convert end-of-life tyres into valuable Tyre Pyrolysis Oil (TPO) through our innovative pyrolysis technology. The recovered oil is further processed through our specialised distillation system, designed to produce fuel meeting diesel-standard specifications for electricity generation..
2. Carbon Black Recovery & Processing
Our advanced pyrolysis process recovers carbon-rich material from waste tyres, creating new opportunities for industrial reuse. The recovered Carbon Black (CB) can be supplied in its raw form or undergo additional refinement to meet specific market demands and customer requirements.
3. Steel Wire Recovery & Recycling
We recover valuable steel wire from end-of-life tyres, giving this important industrial material a second life. Through cleaning, separation and compression, the recovered steel is prepared for resale and reintegration into the metal recycling market.
4. Syngas Recovery & Power Generation
Our pyrolysis technology produces energy-rich syngas as part of the tyre conversion process. Instead of allowing this valuable gas to go unused, we aim to utilise it for electricity generation, maximising energy recovery and supporting our circular economy objectives.
